These rules are binding for every player as well. Not following these rules may be considered griefing. Please understand that this is an RP server, and players are required to respect certain rules to make this work.

Building stuff

- You can build INSIDE your nation's borders whatever you want, as long as your faction Leader allows it. If there is no faction leader present at the time (offline, or no one voted yet) use common sense! Try to keep your buildings in the style you believe fits for the faction you have joined.

- You can NOT build stuff outside your Nations Borders! This means Nord can only build on snow around their Hub (later town hall and monuments), Amazons can only build inside and near the forests they start and Desert can only build on the Sand around their Hub (later town hall and monuments).

- "Colonies" are not allowed. That means desert can not go around and build buildings on every beach they find on the map, and Amazons not on every tree they spot outside their Territory! Your Land has to stay in one piece!

- Your faction's leader may decide what to allow and what not. He can tear down any structure he dislikes and has absolute power about what to build, and how to build it while in charge.

- all buildings (including monuments) MUST be connected to the Nation's Town hall now with some sort of Road. Posting signs is encouraged.

How to vote for a leader

To vote for a (new) leader, you need at least three persons of your faction online right now (yourself included). Please be sure that the current leader (if any) was at least 24 Hours in charge, otherwise you won't be able to vote him out. Call for an voting in World chat and gather all of your factions players in the town hall. Now call an Admin or Moderator to join you. He will ask you who wants to candidate and recognizes the votes of all faction members present. He then announces the new (or old) Leader and changes the signs above your town hall accordingly, as well as changing the leaders title (only admins can do that thought!).
Everyone can call for an vote, even if he doesn't plan to candidate, or if he's leader already (to secure his leadership for additional 24 hours).

How to advance your city
1) Make sure your Nation got all required buildings.
2) Make sure you have enough people online to advance (3 for Village, 5 for city, 8 for metropolis)
3) Gather the minimum amount of players in the town hall and call for an admin or a mod.
4) The admin/mod will check if all the buildings are there and will then grant the nations the next status, together with all rights that comes with it. He also will give the leader his new title (only admins can do that).

How to gain land with monuments
1) Your faction needs city-status first!
2) Build a nice monument on the borders of your nation to where you want your land to expand.
3) Connect your monument to the town hall with a road, so everyone can find it.
4) either call for an admin now to acknowledge your monument, or make a screenshot of it and post it on the forums so the admin(s) know it's ready.
5) an admin will now increase the land near the monument based on it's beauty, size and the material it is build of. You will also be awarded some items for your work if you build it alone (or for the most part alone).

Is there a currency or are there jobs?

There is no set Currency, nor jobs. However, leaders may adopt both for their faction.

Farms

- Treefarms: Only Artemi's Tribe will be allowed to plant trees where they want. Nords and Deserts are limited to a small patch of land, defined by the admin at the start of a round. They may only there plant saplings. All nations can still cut down trees on neutral territory. Artemi's Tribe may trade Wood or planks to other nations. No tree-stacking allowed!

- Cactus Farms: Only Deserts may plant Cactus

- Reed Farms: Only Nords may plant Reed.

Embassies

Embassies: Nations may build Embassies in foreign Nations. To do this, the leader (a) of the Nation who wants to build the embassy must ask the leader of the other nation (b) for permission. Leader (b) will then designate a small patch of land on where the other Nation may build it's embassy. Leader (a) may then promote one citizen to "ambassador". This first ambassador will then build the embassy on that land. Embassies are ONLY possible if both nations are at city status respectively.
Embassies can be CLOSED ANY TIME by the factions leader (both, a and b). The building itself will be destroyed and it should be publicly announced that the embassy is closed.

Embassy bonus: Nations who have an active embassy in another nation may build in that nation and even use their public mine. They can help that nation with buildings, can harvest (trees/reed/cactus) from their farms and even attend to elections or other meetings if they desire. They CAN NOT actually vote or take that nations special building material back home however. They also can't build with their special building material in foreign nations either (for example Deserts can't use Sandblocks while helping Nords build stuff).

Ambassadors: Can be promoted by a faction leader. A Nation can only have one ambassador per embassy. The User can't be Ambassador for another embassy already, and can't be faction leader. If a current ambassador gets voted leader, he automatically resigns his ambassador position. A Faction leader can promote and demote an ambassador as often as he likes. The User who gets appointed as ambassador doesn't receive any special user title or anything, but he will be in charge of building and maintaining his embassy, as well as maybe making sure his embassy doesn't get closed by maintaining a good reputation with that Nation.

Treasure Hunt!

Find 9 hidden Lightstone dust pieces and rework them to a full Lightstone block. Add this block to a new monument to increase it's landspread by a whooping 30 blocks. Teamwork might be required to get enough together.

How land gain with monuments is calculated

Equation for Landspread via Monuments: (High+Lenght+width) + (number of Diamondblocks * 2) + (Number of Goldblocks) + (Number of Obsidianblocks :4) + (up to 20 Blocks bonus, determined by admin) = Radius of the Landspread
(Note: Dwarfs receive only half the value of land they get. Means the final number is divided by 2 for them)

Your Monument must still be recognized as such. Don't try to build diamond filled warehouses. Copied monuments don't count: Each monument must be a "one-of-a-kind".
There is a limit of 10 Diamondblocks, 20 Goldblocks and 80 Obsidianblocks per Monument. You may use more, but only Blocks up to that limit will be counted. Values will be rounded off.
The landspread won't be actually circular, but quadratic. Image:

How to win the Round

Every nation starts with 200 points, except the dwarfs who start with 100 (based on faction start region size). Each monument gives your nation points equal to the calculated radius of the monument landspread (see above). The faction with the most points will win after the round ends. A scoreboard will keep track of the points.
