That people should run for the hills and become partisans now. Women and children preferable first, since they're the weakest. Then the old folks, then the men. The able bodied men should defend the retreat to the best of their abilities. Once in the hills, or the woods, or the wooden hills, they can then form a rebel group and fight the corrupt government. If they finally cease power, the country will then be renamed "Cuba" and the rebel leader will be a worse dictator then you ever were.
