Current guilds

Resource Guild

The Resource Guild focuses on gathering rare substances from around the world for dwarven use.

The Tinkerer's Guild uses the vast amounts of redstone to bring the Dwarven nation to the peak of technological superiority. They focus on redstone wiring and the mechanics of minecraft.

Guild Charters

Husbandry Guild
Spoiler:

The Husbandry guild focuses on the food supply of the dwarves. Since the implementation of damage, WE dwarves really need this.

To form a charter, ask the faction leader if a charter may be made. Make sure to give a good reason as to why your guild should exist. If your reason is sound, Your Guild charter will then be places on this thread. If 2 other people wish to join, your guild will be moved to a current guild and a plot will be given.

Please post the guild you wish to join in cyan it should look like this [color=cyan.]Blahblahblah guild[/.color] without the periods ( Wish to join blah blahblah guild

I didnt forget it, no one has petitioned to create the guild yet.

Update on guilds:

  • I have placed a message board inside each of the guilds. I have given each guild some tasks to accomplish on the message boards. These are going to be called "requests." Requests will be made by players who wish for a certain task to be completed. Request must be made to the appropriate Guilds. Requests must be made via message board, this is to prevent someone calling a name over and over again when they are busy. Allowing members to continue to do what they are doing, and allowing them something to do later.

    Requests will be given priority by the Guild leader. (The Guild leader Is by default the Founder, but may be changed by a guild vote.) Request Priorities should be based on what is needed most. If a city project such as a monument requires large amounts of wool, and someone wants the same amount of wool for personal use; the City project should get the wool first. Others will understand.


  • You may join up to two guilds. If you are in two guilds, you must decide which guild will be your primary guild and secondary guild. A primary guild means you must answer to all request your guild master gives. A secondary guild means you don't have to answer to all requests, but if you do not do any requests you will be kicked out.

  • If you wish to create A guild Post your guild's name and what it will do.

  • New Guild: Husbandry Guild - Location Farming Sector
    Tasks: Fishing, farming wheat, and farming animals for food and such.

  • To sell items in a shop, you must be in a guild. Certain items may only be sold by specific guilds. Such as Food may only be sold by members of the Husbandry guild.

This is deepening out gameplay, pretty nice. I'm available for husbandry as secondary thing if/when that needs members later.

I want to be in the tinkerers guild... sounds cool.
I can help with the new contest "the railway to hell".
I already know a neat minecart system which will provide a minecart and if you sit in it it goes and another minecart will pick a minecart from a minecart stack which will replace the cart the player drove away with, and if nobody is in the cart then it will return to the stack of carts. also a manuel cart stack reload system for if the cart are gone.

But then without the boosters, instead use the bookcraft system which purple provided for us.

I recently made a minecart station where you choose one of 3 destinations, sit in a cart, automatically get launched and always return on a special arrival track no matter from which direction you return. Nothing too special (hardly redstone involved) and it was a pain in the butt to get it to work. I can do it but I do not have the patience to enjoy it and am not good enough to do it efficiently Razz.

I am now a dwarf Smile
therefore i wanna found the guild of engineerers.
And join thinker guild as a secondary guild.
( i can join 2 guild right?

I would like to have the miners guild as my primary and tinker as my secondary ps. D3ci on single player i made a 50 by 10 by 10 tunnel in 3 hrs so ill be spending most of my time helping u dig the 300 by 4 by 10 tunnels out

Maybe (if you ask it nicely to purple) the members of the resource guild, the ones who have proven to worthy/non-griever players, can have a exceptional acces to TNT. Only if they use it for the right reasons and not at random.

I don't know if it's even possible to partially allow usage of a certain block. If not, the risk of it being stolen is too great. Also, non-griefing players can turn into griefing players.

Only really trusted players, who you can trust even if your life is depending on it.
