Drugs is a bit too broad a term, the far more detrimental hard drug alcohol is legal in the entire Western world as far as I know...

Actually "kut" is an term of abuse, to say something like: "Stupid" in this case.
If you translated it... then weird words coming out of it are unavoidable.

Don't ever use translators for Dutch words (just a tip)
