I made some mountains..

Then I made some stairs...

That led into a giant 340x340 hall with 9 (100x100) platforms. Each one is 10 apart from the next and 10 from the wall(there's lava surrounding each. They are all connected by 6 10 wide highways(12 including double half-blocks) This make a total of 4 44x44 sectors on each platform.

Then there is Zalast's bank which I copied and pasted out of another map. I've been adding onto it myself.

And finally is the maproom that Zalast added onto his bank.


All done through MCedit and INVedit, and of course Minecraft itself.

This is fun.
Look at the top left corner of each picture, in the first one the line on the far left is relatively calm, then look what it turns into.
This has been continuing for the last 10 minutes, according to mcedit I used 281.3 million blocks of tnt. I'll post the carnage when It's done exploding.

Well I've just had a brilliant idea.. I'm going to make 2 copies of the map i was working on above ^^

1 will be for me..

and the other I will make available to all of you. Or if you want you can build something in your own world then upload it and i will transfer it into the one i have, and put that "refreshed" world up as the download. Please keep your creations in the dwarven theme. It'll work like those picture where you add something then someone adds something else, and so on, until its a giant masterpiece with 50 different creators.

If you don't know how to get this in your minecraft:

1. Go into run and put in %appdata%
   
2. Go under" Roaming"
   
3. Go to .Minecraft
   
4. Go to Saves
   
5. If you have a world 4 folder change it to world1/world2/world3/world5
   
6. Unzip my World4 folder into saves.
   
7. Run Minecraft and enjoy
   

*NOTE* I would run this on Fast and normal, small, or tiny settings. My computer is brand new and can't handle Fancy + Far. (then again it's java that can't handle it :l)

Ah yeah. Spent a fun couple years on that game, the only other multiplayer I ever did besides some CS:source. I still kind of like it (I didn't mind grinding because I can easily read other stuff at the same time, which I even see as a pro for that game) but there are always other, better games that I also want to play even if I get burnt out on those faster so I end up not playing it.
It has that same thing all my favourites have (from Oblivion/Fallout and Civ to Minecraft), you start at nothing, you have earnt everything you accomplish and you do that in your own personal way.

Yea, about this, my minecraft keeps crashing every time that I try to load this world of chaos. XD

If you've seen the arrow shooter made out of dispensers on yourube, this is a bigger one. With lava in front of it. To set the arrows on Fire.

My singleplayer has been snowballing out of hand again after a break with FNV.
So much to do! Revise all my rails (most of all, building nicer looking bridges and tunnels), set up a new mining operation in a new area (for lapis lazuli), set up a new head quarters (because I want to make a newly designed building to inspire awe, but I also want to preserve my old pretty HQ network) and building stuff on my monster spawner hall (large temple and assorted buildings).

Each of these projects in themselves lead to a whole host of side tasks (new mining operation needs new base with new rail connection to rail hub and new nether portal connection to HQ, etc.).

Minecraft progress is like money and greed, once you've got stuff it only makes you want more.

BTW. for me to waste time is to start making minecraft videos (with commentary), ima encoding them right now. (takes a whole lot of time )

I spend my time making huge lines of tnt cannons in SSP, its very fun and it helps me work on my redstone.

If the (real) server is up again, then there should be a contest to make a minecart cannon thing which will shoot the minecart into othercannons and triggering it like that (with a pressure plate or so). An then the minecart should go through all nations.
That is a contest which isn't about winning or losing, but just for fun.

Do you mean like it fires it and you have to play around with it until it lands on another piece of track and loads itself into another cannon which can immediately be fired again?

Exactly... it is hard, but it's also very challenging and fun. (atleast for me)

That sounds awesome, if only we were allowed tnt....

Too bad people use tnt to grief everything.
Maybe there is a mod somewhere out there which will only give some people (trusted members in the server) permission to use it and the others (not or less trusted) not.

Yea but then the trusteds could still drop it on the non trusteds and then all hell would break lose.


I wanna make cannons on the dwarf mountain now too lol, that are operational, just no tnt, I think that would look cool. Have cannons built into the mountain that stick out and then inside is a network of caves with a central room.
